Recently I asked if you have ever been in the process of falling asleep or waking up and been unable to move or cry out. Here is one reply:
“Yup, I’ve been suffering from sleep paralysis for years – very scary stuff! It is very hard to believe that what is happening isn’t real.
“Sleep paralysis is bizarre, I have done some research and I am trying a technique to try to control my thoughts during the paralysis, especially the scary ones. I’ll let you know if I make any progress.”

    i started having sleep paralysis when i was 15. i’ve been used to it, and sometimes i can control and played with it , but last time it occur i was surprise , i tried to get of the couch it was so complicated becuase im getting out of my body its like there’s a sticky liquid pulling me back in body , but i did it and i was looking at my self lying in the couch my visual is like im in the dream … i went to out of my apartment and went to my friend’s house i saw her sleeping at her bed i tried to touch her and i woke her up! i dont know how i actually did that .. suddenly i saw the very sticky liquid coming and grab me back to my body in a second.. then i woke up laughing asking myself is it a dream or anything , just to make sure i called my friend and she answer it , i ask her why is she still up , she said something touch her chick… to my surprise i end the call and drop the fone.. i was freakin out …
